Orders ship from Guangzhou, China.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging without explicit imagery or unnecessary product wording. Customs declarations must still comply with applicable shipping and import rules.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, customs review, and local delivery conditions.
Are duties, taxes, VAT, or GST included?
Unless duties and taxes are explicitly collected at checkout, destination duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be collected before or at delivery. We are working toward a clearer landed-cost/DDP setup for selected markets.
Can I return an item?
Because our pieces are personal and material-led goods, all items are final sale once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@haamyat.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Should I send a return directly?
No. Please do not send returns to any address without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for any remedy.
