Return and Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all HAAMYAT items are final sale once shipped.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including change of mind, incorrect selection, fit preference, delayed customs clearance, refusal to pay duties, taxes or import fees, or import restrictions in the customer's destination country or region.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@haamyat.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

To be eligible for any remedy, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse claims that show signs of use, misuse, alteration, improper storage, or normal material variation.

Handcrafted leather, wood, rope, and metal items may show natural differences in grain, tone, texture, marks, finish, and dimensions. These variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
