HAAMYAT ships from Guangzhou, China.

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, carrier disruptions, customs reviews, or other circumstances outside our control.

We offer discreet packaging. The outer package does not display explicit product descriptions or adult imagery. Customs declarations must still comply with applicable shipping and import rules.

Standard international shipping may be offered free of charge at checkout for eligible destinations. Delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. International orders may take longer due to customs review.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, return, loss, or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless duties and taxes are explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected before or at delivery.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, delayed, seized, or destroyed due to customs rules, unpaid import charges, restricted import rules, or customer refusal, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipment unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products can be legally imported, purchased, possessed, and used in their destination country or region.
